Accident Happens

First, you exchange information and remember to snap photographs of the license, registration, and damage.

Step 1: Contact Your Insurance Company

Next, file a claim and inquire about your deductible status and if you have rental car coverage on your policy and what’s your daily budget.

Step 2: Call Dan's Auto Body

Dan's Auto Body will give you specific instructions and advice based on your policy and the damage suffered by your vehicle.

Step 3: Vehicle Arrives at Dan's Auto Body

The vehicle is towed and dropped off at Dan's Auto Body.

Step 4: Relax and Trust the Process

We'll provide regular updates through text messages, email, and phone.

Step 5: We Will Deal With Your Insurance Company

We'll directly deal with your insurance company regarding repairs.

Step 6: The Vehicle is Repaired

Once your vehicle has been restored to pre-collision conditions, its pick-up will be scheduled. Further, you leave your rental here and take your vehicle.

Rental Service For Your Convenience

Are you paying for a rental on your insurance policy? If you do, Dan's Auto Body will set up the rental for you. Once we do this, the rental company picks you up from our office and takes you to their office where you fill out some quick paperwork and then you’re on your way. We accept all insurance companies.
